The Indian guru Sathya Sai Baba used to say “Life is a Game. Play it.” We really do seem to be on the most amazing helter-skelter fairground ride at the moment where only those who insist on thinking for themselves about the best way to say healthy and nourished, will survive it.
I’m not sure when the purveyors of life-enhancing substances became the purveyors of death-dealing substances, but I recently read a very well respected medical researcher referring to the pharmaceutical industry as ‘organised crime’. Peter C. Gøtzsche, MD is a Danish medical researcher, and leader of the Nordic Cochrane Center at Rigshospitalet in Copenhagen, Denmark said:
“The main reason we take so many drugs is that drug companies don’t sell drugs, they sell lies about drugs. This is what makes drugs so different from anything else in life… Virtually everything we know about drugs is what the companies have chosen to tell us and our doctors… the reason patients trust their medicine is that they extrapolate the trust they have in their doctors into the medicines they prescribe.
“The patients don’t realize that, although their doctors may know a lot about diseases and human physiology and psychology, they know very, very little about drugs that hasn’t been carefully concocted and dressed up by the drug industry… If you don’t think the system is out of control, please email me and explain why drugs are the third leading cause of death… If such a hugely lethal epidemic had been caused by a new bacterium or a virus, or even one-hundredth of it, we would have done everything we could to get it under control.”
I was reminded of this again listening to an interview with naturopath Ken Rohla. I love the way he faces all the life-destroying challenges being thrown at us straight in the face and then finds the solution, because he knows that Mother Nature has a remedy for everything, even radiation poisoning. There is nothing new under the Sun. If it was created out of the Earth, then the antidote will also be found there.
Radiation poisoning had always been a huge bogeyman for my generation as we began our lives not long after the explosion of the atom bombs in Hiroshima and Nagasaki. We saw the result and speaking personally, it was traumatising for me at that early age… let alone for the poor Japanese people who had to directly suffer it.
Listening to Ken, I realised that what was being shown to us then was the problem – with no solution. The solution could not be told to us because it involves a technology that would bring the current energy house of cards tumbling down. Now we’re personally under attack from the skies, the waters and our food, we’re being forced to find this solution, and it is actually bringing us closer to Nature as we explore the real science which isn’t afraid to cross dimensions, and which wants to work alongside Mother Nature instead of being at war, against Her.
We’re literally having to plunge deep into Mother Nature’s bounty to mine bioavailable monatomic minerals from under ancient sea beds that have remained untouched by surface radiation and chemical farming practises that render the land nutrient deficient. We’re having to expand our minds to learn about scalar technology, how to use chi/ki and how to gain guidance from the ancestral voices and the spirits of the land. We’re rejecting the foods that they want us to eat, and we’re fermenting our own to increase our good gut flora, which has been under massive attack, and thus cutting us off from our intuition and ‘gut instinct’.
Most of these solutions are ridiculously cheap and available to everyone all over the Earth. For instance, shungite stones.
Shungite stones have been called ‘miracle stones’ and they are, in the way that Mother Nature’s cornucopia is a miracle in and of itself, and especially as She is also the Mother of Invention, which is Necessity. Whatever we need, if we rummage determinedly in Her larder, we eventually find … and with shungite we have a stone which, when put into water, will completely purify it. To me, in these days when our tapped water is laced with a plethora of chemicals, and even bottled mineral water is suspect – this is a miracle!
This isn’t by the way, just New Age wishful thinking. There are scientific studies confirming the amazing water purifying properties of shungite. It was used by Peter the Great who set up Russia’s first spa with shungite purified water in Karelia, and its anti-bacterial properties were cited as one of the reasons for his armies’ successes against the Swedes in the Battle of Pottava in 1709.
The secret to shungite’s miracle cleansing properties is that it contains Fullerene molecules. Scientists have found that Fullerenes can attract and negate hundreds more free radical molecules than any other means discovered thus far. For this reason, shungite has been found to slow the progression of the AIDS virus and the growth of cancer tumours, to name but two.
There are other claims for shungite – that the stones are also healing and protective in different ways and, speaking personally, I know this to be true. Scientists have found that shungite is good for screening electromagnetic and radio radiation – ideal for the frequency smog atmosphere of our world being caused by our computers, cell phones, cordless house phones, microwave ovens, WiFi routers, tablets, SMART meters, Bluetooth headsets, body scanners at airports, X-ray machines and televisions.
ORME or ORMUS
ORME or ORMUS is another these newly discovered miracle foods – standing for Orbitally Re-arranged Monoatomic Element – but this one is a bit controversial. The science jury is still out on ORME, but they do seem to agree that it is a completely new class of material.
Ormus is a superconductor, and its discoverers claim that its elements resonate with the primal energy, the zero point from which all life originates and which is a quantum potential of possibilities. This energy is found in the air, the soil, plants, stones and the sea and if we consume enough of it, we can heal our DNA.
Our brains already contain at least five per cent Ormus, but this percentage can be raised considerably if we take in food and water with a high Ormus content. However, that won’t happen just by eating everyday foods which have been grown on soil stripped of its nutrients by an agricultural system based on nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P) and potassium (K), known as the NPK technique.
Make ORMUS not war
The NPK technique came out of the success of the nitrogen bombs of World War One. But plants grown in this way cannot survive in nature because She sends in a swat team of insects and fungi to dispose of these weak organisms. That’s why the crops then have to be ‘treated’ with pesticides, and these pesticides are a variation of nerve gas….and so the hubris continues. It’s a constant war with Mother Nature, and it’s a war man won’t win.
Once you set off on the wrong trajectory, you’re forever having to play catch up by finding solutions to the problems created by the solutions to problems created by solutions to problems… ad infinitum. Ormus is life energy and so is on the life spiral. In other words, the perfect antidote to the death/war spiral assailing us daily.
There are all sorts of claims of increased psychic awareness and ability to ‘astral travel’ around Ormus which don’t really interest me much because as a shaman, I can do all that stuff anyway. What I’m looking for are superfoods that give me the energy to walk with a spring in my step and by taking Ormus in my probiotic greens smoothie each morning, I think I’ve found it. I have much more energy than usual … but of course, that could just be from the greens ‘grown in high altitude, rich volcanic soil’ untainted by the NPK technique … or it could be from the shungite-purified water… or it could be the sauerkraut… I’ll get to the sauerkraut!). Anyway, here’s what I’ve been taking:
I can honestly say that home-made sauerkraut has been a revelation to me in terms of revitalising my gut flora.
By sauerkraut, I don’t mean that vinegary stuff you find in the shops or that you get with hot dogs. It’s usually pasteurised anyway, which means it loses its probiotic abilities to introduce good gut flora. No … this is the home-made kind, and it really doesn’t take much more than 15 minutes to make.
Many illnesses today come from having insufficient good gut flora to banish the bad – not least because of the glyphosate-based herbicides which are sprayed indiscriminately on all our foods during the growing stage. Glyphosates directly attack the good gut bacteria, leading to an overgrowth of the bad kind such as salmonella and e-coli which cause leaky gut leading to serious diseases.
Another destroyer of gut flora is vaccination. Dr Andrew Wakefield first discovered the link between autism and the MMR vaccine by noticing the correlation between disturbed gut flora balance and children with autism, after they’d received the MMR vaccine.
I find that my gut instinct is seriously impaired when my gut flora is not in good order, thus impacting on my instinctive judgement and discrimination.
There are many other health benefits connected with sauerkraut such as:

Improved immune system
Here’s some I made earlier… purple cabbage sauerkraut, the sexy cousin of the green kind! This lady packs a punch with more spinning starfields of immune boosting, anti-inflammatory and cancer-busting nutrients than you could shake a stick at!
It’s so easy to make. You just shred or finely chop up a cabbage, and mix it in a bowl with about two dessertspoons of good salt (Celtic sea salt or Himalyan pink salt) for about 10 minutes, or until the salt has pulled out quite a bit of liquid from the cabbage. Then add in any optional extras: chopped garlic, chopped ginger, chopped chillies… juniper berries, goji berries, caraway seeds … use your imagination! The sky’s the limit!
Then you just pack it all down a jar, and I add a big pebble on top, to hold it down under the liquid and then I store it in a cool place for about 10 days. The cabbage mix has to stay under the surface of the liquid in order to ferment. It should be ready after about 10 days, so then I just pop it in the fridge then, where the cold stops it fermenting further.
