There’s a lot of fuss today in the press about a trade deal with Trump meaning that we would have to accept imports of American chlorinated chicken and also GM foods. So here’s a few points of information on that:
Firstly, no-one should be eating mass produced chicken anyway because all non-organic meat and dairy currently on sale in British supermarkets comes from animals fed on GM-soya, and has done for a number of years, long before the 2016 referendum for Brexit.

Remember Professor Giles-Eric Seralini and his research team at the University of Caan in France? They provided pictures of rats fed Monsanto GMO corn saturated with Roundup weed killer. That’s why the corn is genetically modified, to survive the most dangerous herbicide on the planet.
Their study discovered that rats fed GMOs developed tumors and died prematurely. But that wasn’t the purpose of their study. It was set up to examine the long term toxicity potential of eating Monsanto’s GMO corn along with the inherent exposure to Roundup.
After Seralini’s long term toxicity study results were publicized with displays of rats showing huge tumors, a tsunami of outrage from pro-GMO scientists and journalists got favorable mainstream media (MSM) press.
The hundreds of scientists who defended Seralini’s work were mostly ignored. Many fence sitters were left confused and willing to side with the barking dogs of the biotechnology industry. Continue reading

The war against cancer has painted a picture of hope: genetic solutions.
This, despite the fact that there are no successful genetic treatments, across the board, for any form of human cancer. Continue reading
Some people believe that regularly smoking the 7,000 chemicals in commercial cigarettes is the quickest way to get cancer in the world. Other folks believe that artificial sweeteners, because they taste so sweet, trick the body into ingesting them and are the “Trojan horses” of the food industry, causing breast cancer and prostate cancer faster than any other food, drink or consumable chemical-laced product on the market. But then again, there’s GMOs. Genetically modified organisms contain pesticides that can kill nearly any living thing that consumes them, including insects, rats and, yes, humans. Pesticide is the umbrella name for herbicides, insecticides, fungicides, algaecides and even fertilizers meant to kill “pests” — hence the name.
There is really no measurement right now for how many GMOs are in foods, drinks and even cigarettes. Scientists who modify organism through gene insertion are apt to promote the corresponding pesticides, no matter whether humans are dying from them or not. Cigarettes, diet soda and GMOs — are you guilty of “consuming” all three daily? Then your clock is ticking! Continue reading

Monsanto public relations are fighting an uphill battle as they try to convince the world that their genetically modified crops are beneficial and necessary. More than ever before, informed people are skeptical of the so-called safety of GMOs and agrochemicals. When the International Agency for Research on Cancer declared that glyphosate was a probable human carcinogen, public opinion on GMO safety quickly shifted.
Now Monsanto must employ a new strategy to promote GMOs, one that paints dissenters as “ideologically driven” and “anti-science.” In the United Kingdom, Monsanto headquarters appointed former World Bank communications strategists Vance Crowe to head up a new position called “Director of Millennial Engagement.” This position was created to convince skeptical young adults that their anti-GMO views are fueled by emotion, not logic. Crowe is scheduled to tour the UK in 2017 and convince millennials that the benefits of GMOs trump the fear surrounding public opinion. Continue reading
As Monsanto is fighting to gain seed control of the whole world of agriculture by spreading genetically-modified crops across the world (with the support of the U.S. government, according to Wikileaks), there is far greater opposition from the rest of the world, where many countries are not only labeling GMOs but also banning their cultivation altogether.
We know GMOs are not widely accepted across the world, but which countries have backed up their concerns about the safety of GMOs with bans? — Sustainable Pulse, a GMO news source, decided to research. Continue reading

Those who want to leave the EU are getting called racist, Enochian, Little Englanders for wanting to be free to trade with every country in the whole world, not just those within a protectionist prison.
Surely that’s some kind of double-speak, worthy of Orwell?
This picture of Fortress Europe gives the lie to the delusion that staying within the European Union is about a Brave New World of open borders.

We are all witnessing a mass awakening sweeping across the planet. Over just the last several weeks, millions of people have newly awakened to all the following astonishing truths they never would have believed just a year ago:
• The EPA knowingly allows children all across America to drink lead-poisoned water, covering up all the evidence instead of alerting the public.
• The drug companies are in the business of “harvesting” profits from human disease, not saving lives or helping humanity. Continue reading

As the TTIP leaks have gradually unfolded over the last few days, it’s become abundantly clear that there is only one option for anyone who wants to keep genetically modified foods out of the Britain. That is to vote to leave the European Union in the upcoming referendum on June 23rd.
We used to have a feeling of security about the EU’s attitude to GMs. We believed that being part of Europe would protect us from our own ministers in Britain who are trying to bring them in. Unfortunately, that’s turning out to be a feeling of false security, which was already unravelling fast before last weekend’s leaks of the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership treaty. Here’s why: Continue reading

The United States is threatening nations who oppose Monsanto’s genetically modified (GM) crops with military-style trade wars, according to information obtained and released by the organization WikiLeaks. Nations like France, which have moved to ban one of Monsanto’s GM corn varieties, were requested to be ‘penalized’ by the United States for opposing Monsanto and genetically modified foods.
The information reveals just how deep Monsanto’s roots have penetrated key positions within the United States government, with the cables reporting that many U.S. diplomats work directly for Monsanto. Continue reading
The Obama administration has threatened to block all European car exports if the EU does not accept America’s genetically-modified and hormone-enhanced produce.
On Sunday, German newspaper Süddeutsche Zeitung claimed that 240 pages of text from the secret transatlantic trade deal (TTIP) obtained by Greenpeace show the US to be blackmailing the EU to force through the trade deal, despite European objections. Continue reading
Today’s publication of the 248-page leak of negotiating documents for the controversial Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP) spells the end of the controversial EU-US deal, campaigners said today.
The texts of the TTIP negotiations have been kept strictly secret until today’s leak, which reveals European Commission negotiators preparing to trade away key sectors of the European economy in order to win contracts for multinational corporations in the USA. Continue reading
